Charles has two sons, Todd and Eric Napier, both of whom still live in Columbus with their wives Shari Napier and Ashley Napier.
"I have been fortunate to meet and make many lifelong friends while living in Cherokee County," Napier said. "This has been a special place to live and raise my family. If elected, I know my connection to the area and my previous experience will be invaluable to help me do the best possible job for the residents of Cherokee County. As a 2nd District County Commissioner, I guarantee I will be both dependable and accountable. I would greatly appreciate your support in the upcoming election so that I can serve you and make Cherokee county the best possible place it can be."
