The Cherokee County E-Community is excited to announce that they will be offering scholarships for Cherokee County business owners interested in participating in Destination BootCamp in 2018. The two-and-a-half day BootCamp in Longmont, Colorado, allows business owners to learn how to make their business a "consumer destination".

Destination BootCamp is a great fit for those wishing to make their business stronger and more profitable. It is designed to not only teach what you need to change in your business to become a "consumer destination" but what to do next and provide you with the tools you need to get there.

"This is a terrific opportunity for business owners to gain practical knowledge that they can put to work in their businesses immediately," said Economic Development Director Janet Miller. "We have heard nothing but rave reviews of Destination BootCamp and look forward to having Cherokee County businesses participate."

Scholarships will cover the $1,500 BootCamp registration cost as well as the cost of lodging to attend the training. Business owners will be responsible for the cost of travel, meals, and incidentals. In addition, business owners will need to provide a $500 deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the program.
