Debra “Debbie” Lynn Gulick, passed away at Quaker Hill Nursing Center on Saturday, December 23rd in Lowell, Kan. at the age of 63.

Debbie is survived by her mother, June Clark (Warstler) of Baxter Springs, Kan.; her husband, Steve Gulick of Baxter Springs, Kan.; her daughter, Tara Tyndall and husband Brad of Webb City, Mo.; son, Jacob Barton and wife Leslie of Baxter Springs, Kan.; son, Roger Gulick and wife Melissa of Golden City, Mo.; daughter, Rhonda Greenlee and husband Bud of Baxter Springs, Kan.; her brother, Ike Clark and wife Pat of Neutral, Kan.; brother, Bill Clark and wife Sharon of Neutral, Kan.; sister, Jan Reynolds and husband Barry of Tigard, Ore.; and brother, James Clark of Claremore, Okla.; along with seven beloved grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Willis Clark Sr.

Debbie was born on August 11, 1954 in Baxter Springs, Kan. to Willis and June Clark. She graduated from Baxter Springs High School in 1972 and continued her education at Coffeyville Community College. Her work history includes time spent as a para-professional in Salina, Kan., a floral arranger at Kent’s Flowers in Baxter Springs, several years working at the Joplin Credit Bureau, and many years’ service at the Cherokee County Courthouse.

Debbie enjoyed life. Cooking, crafts, nature and spoiling grandkids were just a few of her hobbies. She was loved by all who knew her for her genuine love and servitude toward others. She always put others’ needs ahead of her own. Her orneriness usually shined through her bright blue eyes. She loved to laugh with family and friends.

Services will be held on Saturday, December 30th at Riverton Friends Church in Riverton, Kan. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. with a funeral following at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Riverton Friends Church, Meal Ministry. Online condolences may be expressed at
