The Cherokee County Livestock Improvement Association announces two scholarships available for graduating seniors, or anyone studying in college or a technical/trade school.

The Cherokee County Livestock Improvement Association Scholarship is for anyone studying for a degree in an AG related field and the Sammy Ross Memorial Scholarship is for anyone who is a CCLIA member or one of their family members is a member. Both scholarships are to be used for post high school study. Applications are available from K.C. Youngblood, Ag Instructor at Columbus High School, or at the County Extension Office. Applications are due by May 1.
