The Kansas Pharmacists Association annoucned the appointment of David Schoech of Columbus to the Kansas Board of Pharmacy. Appointments to the Board are made by Governor Mark Parkinson. Mr. Schoech, a 1982 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, is a longtime Association member, and the owner of Columbus Pharmacy.
Mr. Schoech is the recipient of numerous honors and awards including the Kansas Pharmacists Association Pharmacists of the Year Award and the Kansas Pharmacy Service Corporation Distinguished Board Member Award. Additionally, he is currently a member of the KU School of Pharmacy Advisory Council. He is also very active in community activities including the Columbus Lions Club, the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Community Foundation, and numerous youth activity committees.
Mr. Schoech and his wife Kathy Carpino-Schoech reside in Columbus with their four children, Andrew, Kasey, Joseph and Abby.
